I did some detective work and this is what i got.
A lot of guys in PS have been screaming this for some time and this is what it is apparently.

If you noticed, Leeroy was AFK during the Planning phase. Therefore he was without a clue about what they were attempting. It appears he came in the room, sat down at his computer and just said, "Fuck it" We need action. I'm running in there to see what will happen. Forget these anal retentive number crunching faggots. I want to hack and slash. LOL
