Once again I AGREE, and it isn't that we lack the people, it's just we lack people willing to participate. If you look at the last op we did....I think half the Enforcers who were on DID NOT join in. Now some had good reasons but not all, to make it worse one of our enforcers was incharge of the whole ULTRA op. A tad bit agrivating to me.
