Well, I would bet that the GMs in PS were watching USD like a hawk. Any simple little misshap would be enough to get him banned. In USD's eyes, he did nothing terrible, but because he did something that they didn't like, that is all it took. I would be the same way if I were one of them.

Unlikely it was a simple mishap, I'm guessing from his post and responses he knew what he was doing and what the outcome would be.
