I have seen this one before. There must be something bogus about it because he is still br1. I guess if you had a squad of 10 not fighting maybe you could stay at br1 but cr5 with only 22 hacks come on. Plus he went from 4 to 5 without a base hack.

He also played 0 days. You have to have played at least 1 day to get to CR 1 or 2, right?
