i kinda wanted to play a little PS. after so many issues i just mailed tech support. 5 days later i get a reply which suggests im using the wrong account. they ask, which i dont think is right, for all my personal info includig credit card info. i give my name and shit, they want my game key and i give it cause i dont care at this point, but fuck if they are getting a CC from me. 5 more days pass and i get a msg saying i never fucking replied ot them. oh. kay. so i pasted my msg back to them. that mail came back the next day. i replied again with it. that was 3 days ago i think.

I spent 2 hours with them on IM tech support when I was resubbing for PS this past February. They asked me for the CD key code as well. I had to tell them everything including my mom's address when she was a little girl. It was unblieveable. SOE sucks.

It always amazes me that people have these horrible experiences with SOE tech support, I must just be lucky because over the 6+ years I've played SOE games I've had nothing but good experiences with both tech support and CS. My last PS tech encounter was when I installed a new HD and had trouble getting PS to work, I logged into the online support, waited maybe 15 minutes for them to get to me and they had me running in 10 minutes. Same with any ingame CS encounters, always very professional and pleasent whether they were able to help me or not.

Once when i resubbed PS my second CD had an error in it. So i spend about 45 minutes with SOE IM tech and the guy just went down all these things i had already done and finally he just said "screw it" and sent me PS via DL.
