Yeah it made it's return because of some drama over TRxMars getting perma-banned.

There has been some serious drama over this for almost a month now. Somebody created a char named TRxMarz and was hacking and was purposely hacking in front of everybody. Well apparently when people reported him some actually wrote TRxMars. Since DanB doesn't like Mars he banned them both. The drama is over whether or not Mars was actually hacking, with the many of the TRx guys coming to his defense and many actually quitting PS. I feel that Mars was not hacking but, I can't say for sure. After Mars got hit with the ban stick MANY TRx impersonators quickly sprang trying to get other TRx guys banned by hacking. The would use names like TRxBuiiet with the I's capatilized to look like TRxBullet and they pulled this with quit a few of the TRx names, although no more TRx guys were banned. Even beyond the actual banning of Mars many of the paying players are just really really pissed at this because a fodder player can hack then get banned then just create a new account and hack again. And on top of that people are using fodder accounts to try and maybe successfully get paying guys banned. It also brings up the point that BanD is a giant prick and uses his authority to force his will. Since he is really the only one left who is able to ban/unban people, those he doesn't like get banned for minor infractions. One example is an NC CR5 got banned for saying "come to Ishunder and live on the razor's edge". Basically it's the same old shit from SOE.

Back in Feb and March, Mars was spamming the Huxley boards pretty bad. He got banned for a while from the Huxley-Nexus site.

Yeah that's the point, regardless of Mars being an asshole, he got banned for supposedly hacking and it started over a fodder copying his character name.

Also SOE knows who is creating and updating these hacks. The guy actually told SOE he was doing it and supposedly sent them copies of the hacks. Also this person has a PS account and yet the person hasn't gotten banned. Explain that to me, even if he isn't personally hacking, he still should get banned and then sued. This guy thinks he is some kind of hero cause in his mind he is forcing SOE to fix PS. But in reality all he is doing is making the vets quit cause playing against rampant hackers isn't worth paying for. I guess he doesn't realize that SOE doesn't care about PS and when the paying customers leave the game is going to get canned.
