There's an event going on Extinction, basically big knife fights in cloaker suits... And there is a little bogus backstory thing about people who tried to assassinate the fictional leaders of all 3 sides, and were discovered, then went into hiding as cloakers on all 3 sides. If you kill one of them (I'm assuming either it's a dev playing as someone, OR it is a real player that is chosen at random) you are awarded with a merit.
