New Recruits

Postby XxFIRExX » Mon Jan 08, 2007 10:05 pm

Ive been inviting a lot of people lately, but still its not really acting like an outfit... we have at least 15 -25 ppl on daily and yet no one is ever on vent, no one ever works together, and its almost a burdon to start squads with people. So basically what i am looking for is some help on trying to get squads started more ofton and start getting people on vent. Ohh yea and half of our outfit hasnt been on in more than 4 months should we start kicking people for inactivity?

It's a historical sense of it. You look at it and remember, "Wow, I remember him. WHERE THE FUCK HAS HE BEEN!"

Bad example. But before you invite people, rule of thumb is that you should talk to them a little bit and see if they really are interested in being team players.
I kill people IRL.

Yea, just random invites for the sake of adding bodies isn't always good.

Turns out I need the 3rd disc for PS before I can reinstall, mines corrupted. Maybe I can borrow it of Lone or HAC.

Kick me. . .and I'll kick your ass while eating your children. . .I dont plan on resubbing just yet. With so many games just over the hill and WoW X-pac less than a week away, I think resubing would be a mistake for me personally.
