Phantasm

Removed the gun so the Phantasm will be used less for farming infantry and more for transport.
Reduced explosion damage on destruction.

Galaxy Gunship

Greatly increased armor while only slightly increasing repair time.
35mm bullet speed and damage have been increased.
GroundPounder damage has been increased.
Angle of fire has been increased for front and wing guns.
Increased trunk size.
Purchase timer has been increased to 10 minutes.

Combat Engineers

There has been a recent breakthrough in engineering technology for players who are trained in advanced engineering concepts! Combat Engineers now use Armor Canisters more efficiently and will be able to repair MAX units, equipment, and vehicles faster than players with the standard Engineering certification. Repair speed is further increased for players with Fortification, Assault, or Advanced Engineering. Infantry armor other than MAX armor will not be affected by this change.

Someone here had said they didn't think it would be long before they nerfed the cannon on the phantasm, definitly needed though, I don't think I've seen it used once for a troop drop.

I have to agree that the gun on the Phantasm was utter BS. At least TR had a little chance to defend because of the burster but the other empires were screwed.

Eng sounds more interesting but don't have the certs to do it without dropping something I really like.

This is great news for both. I hated the gun on that thing and to give the engineers a little boost is what it needed for all them cert points. This should work out for the better.
