I got my one year cert after 1 year with an account that was cancelled for 5 months. So you should get your 2 year cert right on time.

Do you have to be Two year in order to use the gun or Two year in order to get it on the Equipment Menu?

For right now, it is only 2 year vets. It will be on the cert in a little while.
As for you lav, that may not be true. They came out with that one year on that day and it was late.

Well with the thing I got like 3 kills in about 30min, after getting super pissed I used the BD and got far far more in half the time. It's like learning how to snipe all over again. Also, people don't take off after getting shot with the BD as much anymore. I guess they think it's the HSR hitting them.
