I have been trying to download the new patches for couple of days now, for some reason, some of the files are not being properly optimized (whatever the hell that means) and then I have to re-download them. Hopefully be in game by tomorrow though.

SOE doesn't change.
They had yo send me the whole game after my disc 2 screwed up.
I made sure to piss off the guy who was "helping" me.

If the game isnt there top seller or it isnt the newest they could care less. They have all of the good techs working on the EQ games.
