Just because his last name is "young" doesn't mean he's going to be a hall of famer. He's slower then Vick and much less agile then Vick, and he really isn't all that much a sharp shooter. Pluss, have u seen how skinny his legs are? He's going to get hurt real quick.
Young is certainly not as agile as Vick, but he ran something in the low 4.3's for the 40 yd. dash, so any speed advantage Vick has is really nil. And although mobility is a part of his game, a few hundreths of a second do not matter in the big picture. Young has odd throwing mechanics (somewhat of a sidearm throw) but he has a cannon of an arm. He is much, much more accurate than Vick and can throw farther as well. He is definitely more of a risk than Leinart, but could really do well.
This is a good draft year for offense in general. In terms of wideouts, Chad Jackson is looking more and more like the next T.O in terms of ability. He was always viewed as a great possesion receiver in college (great hands and 6'1" height), but his 40 yd speed (4.32 s) shows that he has a great combination of size and ability. Sinorice Moss (Santana's little bro) will be a big help to some teams as well. Georgia's Lenoard Pope (TE) is 6'7" and has run a 40 rd. dash in the 4.4's. D'Brickashaw Ferguson, as well as half of USC's great line, are all going to be great pass and rush blockers this year as well.
In terms of underrated players, two stick out in my mind. One is DJ Shockley, the senior QB from Georgia. He had the highest throwing velocity in the combine tests, and although his comp % was a little low last season for a first rounder (55.8%) he has great control (24 TD's to 5 ints). If you remember, his school was undefeated until about halfway into the season, when he had a minor injury and missed a game. The other is Devin Hester, the wideout and special teams guy from Miami. He has speed (a 4.41 40 yd. dash) and was an incredible punt and kick retuner at Miami. He also plays CB, and he's the guy that is being mentored by (and is described as the next) Deion Sanders. Both are expected to go in the 2nd-3rd round, and both will be good in the NFL.
