Roethlesburger gets in a motorcycle wreck.

Big Ben was riding his motorcycle with no helmut and went face first through a car windshield. He is in serious but stable condition. Bystanders said that he was alert after the crash to everyone's shock but he was slightly out of it.
My opinion he should of had some kind of protection on.

As a browns fan I can say that I cannot believe these guys would throw it away for a ride on a deathcycle. After seeing the mess Wilson made of himself you think the others would learn.

Athletes all think they're invincible. Ben repeatedly has said that he refuses to wear a helmet and has even complained about the states laws that require him to do so. I hope he survives, but I hope he also learns his lesson.

Oh i believe he is going to survive.
But if this doesn't show him that he was wrong then nothing short of death will. This guy won the superbowl just a few months back. So you think he'd be on top of the world anyway.
All time greats have told him he should wear protection. Names like Bradshaw.

Sorry to hear about Ben, but I still don't like to wear a helmet as well.

Apparently the wreck was worse than we originally thought. Big Ben almost died according to this article. A paramedic on the scene saved his life.

Yeah he almost did.. There was a artery cut in his mouth or neck and if was filling his stomach w/ blood the paramedic stopped the blood from going to the stomach...
