Whenever Boston produces a musical group that is decent, they alway seem to drop off into obscurity. Here's one I hope sticks around for awhile. Tessie and TheDeparted

How many rock bands have a piper?
I hate to break this to you Anger, but this is Boston and those guys are Irish.

Those guys are great, well the lead singer doesn't have the greatest voice but the music is outstanding, very talented musicians.

If you like them you will probably also like Flogging Molly and the Tossers, my fellow southsiders. They are from LA, but what are you gonna do.

In any event, its great music to listen to on an alcohol fueled St. Pats before you get into a fight at 11:30 in the morning.
