Photoshop! :D

I recently have sat down to try my hand at Photoshop again since I'm extremely bored. I ran through some tutorials and have come up with a basic animated signature.

Was wondering if any of the PS masters could help. The red retical-like thing at the end I put it to move it around after the text appears. I want it to move around and to the right side of the sig, and move back.

So like the flow chart of the signature would be...

Text block 1.
Text block 2.
Retical appears.
Retical moves to right.
Retical moves to left.
Retical moves to right.

Etc, etc. Any advice?
