Nvidia Question

Hey guys. Been a while. I've got a question, as I've been trying to update my NVidia 7800 GTX graphics drivers lately. I've been noticing "hiccups" or skips in videos in most of my games and it's only happened just recently, and I thought updating the drivers might help.

I went to nvidia.com but I can't find the correct drivers. Last time I tried this, I got the wrong ones and really messed up my video settings.

Any help would be appreciated.
