So I ordered the last piece of my new computer today. This will have to last me for the next two years with the exception of another video card for or after Christmas. I have been buying parts for over 6 months now when they go on sale. I could have finished this weeks ago but when I found out about the new Geforce cards I had to wait. So in the next two weeks I will slap this thing together and let you all know what I think.

Sorry Smoke, the wife get's the old machine as is.

And Socco I already ordered the video card it should be here by Friday so if i'm lucky I might have time to put it all together this weekend, if not maybe next weekend.

Yeah but the Audigy2s came out with the breakout ports for front sound/USB/FireWire. X-Fi, except for the $400, does not. Plus the Audigy2ZS is half the price. No brainer for me.

that vid card is a sexy beefy BEAST.... that whole machine is gonna rox....

I got one of those week 28 super chips.... E6600 I can do 3.1 gig on 1.22Volts stable as can be.

Mcguyver please tell me what the LGA number is on our chip, just curious.
