Are you sure it's your card and not a medical condition?

The fan on your graphics card is dying, and as a result, your GPU is overheating. I had a GeForce 4 go in a similar manner a couple years ago.
Permanently damaged.

It might be worth checking into the health of your PSU- that was the cause of my graphics card failure.

My PSU is brand new... :-\ And how would I go about checking its health?

Edit: No the fan on my vid card is fine, and the temp is around 100F at the highest.

Okay, weird.

If the temp or the fan isn't elevated, it could be the mobo, it could be a physically loose connection between the card and the mobo.

While it isn't 100% accurate, Speedfan does give you line voltages. If you see 18V coming off a 12V line, its a general indication of trouble ;)

Well if it's the mobo so be it, I'm replacing it anyway so I can get a PCIE card.

Got speedfan, and according to it, my CPU is idling at 76C... According to my laser temp reader my heatsink is at about... 86F... About 25C, lol.

76C is WAY too high. Too much/little thermal paste? It would seem that there isn't proper thermal conductivity between the heatsink and processor. And Speedfan isn't exactly an inaccurate program; I've used it on ten computers personally, and it's fairly accurate...
