spying on me?

WinPcap: The Windows Packet Capture Library is installed on my pc since thursday. i used to pirate download stuff, is someone spying on me? it's really freaking me out cause i cant think what i installed to have it on me pc?

WinPCap is a program that allows Windows to put their NIC card into promiscuous mode. This is what you use in conjunction with packet capture utilities like WireShark to capture all the packets seen by your nic even if they are not destined for your pc.
Many network utilities install this program but also so do many hacking toolkits. If you haven't installed anything recently that would use it, I would be VERY suspicious.
