New PC, Need Input

Thanks for the error fix, road.

Well, its time for my... quad-annual(?) plea for advice on building a new computer. last time i grabbed my p5n32-E, intel e6400, and my beautiful 8800GTX. these things are starting to.. suck. Still rocking 2 gigs of questionable ram. And now wifey has given me a limited amount of cash to upgrade. I am going to hold off on video card i guess but i can get a mobo, proc and ram next month. So, i woul dlove some discussion on what i have decided on so far. bold = what i favor. i dont keep up on these thigns year round so everytime i need to upgrade i am so far behind its hilarious.

Processor:
Intel Core i5 660 Dual Core Processor Clarkdale LGA1156 3.33GHZ Hyperthreading 4MB Cache Retail Box #14932
Intel Core I5 750 2.66GHz Quad Core Processor - 8MB L3 Cache, 95W, Socket 1156
Apparently the 750 is amazing, faster w/ 4 cores, bigger cache but no hyperthreading? all reviews say to go that way.

RAM:
OCZ 4GB (2x2048MB) DDR3 PC3-16000 RAM Platinum Edition #8879
OCZ 6GB PC3-16000 Gold Low Voltage Triple Channel #11882
I have always got Kingston ram, but i keep reading about how good this stuff is. And someone told me somethign about triple channel i cant decipher, and that i should go with 2x 3gb chips of ram. 6 does sound sexy to me.

Motherboard:
ASUS Maximus III Formula P55 3PCI-E16 PCI-E1 2PCI SLI Crossfirex 6SATA Supreme FX Audio Motherboard #12856
I always look for a rediculous gaming board. I think this is it.

Video Card When I Can Afford it
Asus Radeon HD 5850 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card w/ATI Eyefinity
Man, i need to convince wifey that i need a 3rd monitor. sighs.

if you guys have any ideas i would love to hear it.

Also, my gen1 g15 keyboard is finally dying - it served me well through countless wars, i cant even remember when i bought it - the shift key is dead, the cord sometimes turns off my keyboard(disconnects it) when i move it... yeah. Wondering if anyone had any great experiences with gaming keyboards? I see there is a 2nd gen g15 for like 90 bucks, and a MUCH NICEr g19 that even impressed the wife. I will probably save the money unless someone has an insight.

thanks, guys.
Hard pressed on my right. My center is yielding. Impossible to maneuver. Situation excellent, I am attacking!
