Sadly I have enough evidence (a long list of guild breakups and fighting) to back up my statement about it brings out the worst in people. There are many exceptions and it does not effect everyone but I have to say that the number is just too much for my liking. At endgame WoW is just about the gear you have which cannot be shared with your friends or guild. Too many times I would see or hear "I don't want to do that instance because there is nothing there for me." After people gearup with epics Blizzard will release the next level and the cycle will repeat itself again.

I still think it is probably the best game I played 1-59 but engame disappointed me.

I agree with roadrunner about the endgame. The DKPS system is totally unfair to casual gamers like myself. The reason I have so many characters and not a lot of 60s is because I enjoy the questing rather than the search for the perfect the chest piece or sword. Those pursuits are insignificant to me. Granted I do enjoy it when one lands in my lap from a random roll, but I don't go out pursuing them.

I'm sure I could too Gunther, in EQ1 I could easily hit lvl 20 the first day but again why would I want to. :) I suppose that if I had a case of altitis as severe as yours and had leveled 40 characters I would be fairly tired of the learning levels as well.

WTF Gunther! Damn man, if there was a character cap you'd be at it. I thought you were long gone a long time ago. I have a Shaman on Bonechewer that I leveled thinkings guys would play with me but they got bored of it. :(

Drama is still a big factor I believe in any RPG you play that deals with loot. We have drama everyday, but it just gets easier to deal with as time goes on you surround yourself with more and more dependant people. It's just a cycle of kicking the fucktards and inviting solid, dependable players. At least for a guild looking into end-game. A lot of the casual guilds are gone too, because everyone just gets epics in their head and /gquits to another guild. Sad really, if people worked for what they wanted, it'd easily come.
I kill people IRL.
