I was on at 6:00 AM - 12:00 and frequently checked and noone was on.

it was hopping last night pretty much the whole evening. Don't see why it would have been dead today. Oh wait, school has started up thats right. Well at least here in CT.

People are usually on in the late afternoon/evening. I won't be on today, tomorrow or thursday. RL takes precedent. I might be on Wednesday. but definitely Friday.

Yep, since school is now in session again a lot servers will be empty during the day until the evening. Until you get a regular crowd that is willing to get it going again it will be random when it get started again. My hope is to get a regular crowd before the next patch because with the patch you will have the ability to save favorites.

I was logged in as admin till about 5 am and it was pretty much full until 3 or 4 am
