What is up with this, am I doing something wrong or are they just FUBAR? I browsed the tech forums but no help there and of course I can't post a question because you have to be logged in.

I can post it for you. Basically I should say that you have registered multiple time but never receive the activation email. Right?

I had problems like yours. I E-mailed Tech support and they helped quickly.
