Let's define the terms a little:

Commander: provides UAV support, intel on the enemy and drops supplies. No real command authority. "Radar"

Squad Leader: a reliable person who won't get shot that will provide a viable respawn point in enemy territory "Spawn Boy"

Team Captain: Makes decisions about who goes where and what our focus is. There should be only one person making these decisions--one single vision, one single pupose. "The Old Man"
