Someone mentioned this game earlier on the forums. Couldn't remember who. I caught this article in GameSpy. It is another MMORPG from the makers of EverQuest. it uses the Unreal 2.5 engine and is expected to replace WoW when it hits the markets. Right now they are planning on a Q4 2006 release. Most MMOs only last about 2-3 years. They are timing this release to coincide with the 2 year anniversary of WoW. We'll have to keep an eye on this one too.

IMO the type of person that WoW attracts likely wont be that interested in Vanguard, I expect it to have a more mature player base and last I heard (though I haven't read the forums in a while) it wasn't going to be heavy pvp like WoW. I got beta mail from Sigil for Vanguard a month ago but no key as of yet.
Another game I'm interested in is Pirates of the Burning Sea, who doesn't want to be a pirate, better than ninjas for sure. Imagine a ship full of tE pillaging their way along the barbary coast, just the thought of it shivers me timbers Yarrr!!!

There will never be enough good games about pirates and cowboys.
