Hamatchi, SupCom, and myself

I'm guessing that, thanks to hamatchi, we've come to an end of our days of trying to figure out whose having problems connecting to various multiplayer games (BF1942 springs to mind). I think maybe we might also not have to worry about having a unique cd key (Same as a LAN). On SupCom, we probably won't really want to play other people online, eachother and coms would probably be enough (it sure is on WCIII). I was just wondering though, since it is like a LAN, is it possible to transfer stuff, just like when you have a real LAN (Shared documents)? It would probably be slow, but small stuff would probably be all right. I don't have anything in mind to transfer, I was just wondering.

I'm pretty sure you can transfer stuff through hamachi, but not entirely sure how...

And I can't wait for supcom!!! We'll see what happens when I burn you a copy next week, it might be possible to play on a LAN with the same CD key (as is usually the case with alot of video games)

I can't wait! I already cancelled my WoW sub (which expires in a few days, glad I caught it before I got charged again)

AHh you canceled without telling me! Shit. I just resubbed for another month. *sigh* So much for Arena and all our other stuff.....*sigh* Oh well, btw, Valar even if it's not possible to transfer through Hamachi, you can dl Xfire, that allows file transfers pretty easily.

I'm thinking of picking up SupCom when comes out. Not sure if same day release or wait a few days for your review.

even if you can't play with the same cd key, probably any old cd key for the game would work on a lan, even if it didn't online.

Oh, and Lone, don't worry about WoW, I intend to keep playing. I want to get Zauberer to 70, and Schemen to at least 29 (ideal for PVP). Even is Supcom is really good, RTS's never can replace a good RPG for me. I'm versatile enough to play both.

I quit because of money, I will not have enough to pay for WoW & get supcom, and as much as I like WoW (which I am getting tired of it as it is anyway) I will choose something new over the same ol' thing.

Well, not exactly ignoring. I still managed to get Schemen 2 levels yesterday... I just had to delay homework till 10:00 to do it, lol.

I downloaded the Supcom demo this morning, installing it now.

I think that a one gig demo that is small is funny. I'm looking forward to this game, but i plan on upgrading some as well.

If you want to lose something, soak it in gasoline and set it on fire.
