The land is a bit of a werid system, you can "gain" land but it won't be at his spot, it'll just add on to your country. Guess it's to keep nations in a nice circle, easy to find, etc.

You also can stumble across technologies, you can loot money from their treasuries, and there might be something else.

Jedi, most of us are playing cybernations and not nation states. Money quickly changed the game and it seems most are playing around there.

The Enforcers Alliance:

Question of my own. If I invade a country where it appears that the ruler is inactive is the result more likely to be in my favor since they most likely wont act/react?

Yeah Jedi get on cybernations, more of us are on there. However a few of us are on Nationstates in The Artic region so you can join us there too and play both. :D

Yes Pilsner, that's basically what happened with beta's and Angers war. They jumped guys who were inactive. Looted and pillaged, raped and burned. It's all good.

Ahh, I love my nation description from NationStates right now.

The government helps teach children how to kill a man from six paces, sex offenders find themselves 'cut off' from any ability to repeat their crimes, a massive campaign is underway to ensure the race of Fear and Oppresion remains pure, and environmental protestors are being rounded up and taken away in sinister black vans as a massive land development campaign gets underway.

Good times.
