Well spank my monkey and call me shirly...

It just came to my attention that WWII Online is not only still in operation but is a well supported, and still growing game. I love WWII games so this kind of peaks my interest, especially with a 14 day free trial. I couldn't afford a subscription but I'd be interested in checking it out if any other tE are also inclined.

How could you never have heard of them, they are famous for the worst game launch in MMO history.

I will be TheCG, standing for the Crusading Guardian because it won't let me have betasoldier or any of my other variants. It'll be another day or two before I do it because I've got to work out some financial/other game subcription info before trying this since to get the 14 day free trial you have to sign up to be billed, however you can cancel it before than if you wish to.

I'm having an odd issue with it now, I started to sign up and got into the new account creation, went off to vote (town stuff) and left the window open at the billing section for about an hour, when I came back and tried to complete it the page must have expired or something so now I get an error where there is already an account with my e-mail yet when I try and log into the account page I get a "not a valid account" error.

I tried it during Christmas break again and the horrible graphics and steep learning curve turned me off once again. It took me forever to run to the battle, and no one would stop to let me hop in their vehicles. And then when I finally got to town, a sniper blew my head off and I never heard a gunshot nor saw anything hostile.
I kill people IRL.

Graphics don't turn me away and I had already known about the steep learning curve, so I'm hoping I'm good.
