Verifying hardware compatibility...
Failed to connect to the login server.
Hardware is ok.

Maybe it's not up yet? I tried to connect 5 times and kept getting this message. Anyone else have this proble?

I got accepted right away when I signed up on FilePlanet. Filled in the info, hit next and there was the game key.

They didn't like my video card, so I just selected the biggest one on the list and went for it.

Edit: (sigh) the launcher itself didn't like my video card, either, even though I know it's good enough. Guess that was 2 gigabytes wasted. Stupid of them to tell me my computer can't run it, it'd be easy enough to find that out myself, if it were true.

Well. I played it, but for only a very short time.
It was almost only arena-style combat which isnt really my thing.

It seems very early beta - many glitches and problems. It crashed repeatedly, and there was nothing to keep my attention when it didn't.

Generally I played till it crashed, then went away and did something else.

Someone else should post their views - this was not my type of game so my views are a little biased...

I have to second Angerâ€™s comments. It felt like playing UT with MMO style attacks. The action is fast where you target and then spam your attacks. There are also a bunch of â€œpowersâ€ icons placed around the area which adds to UT feel. The MMO flavor is that your items from battles that let you get more abilities. There are also gear drops but not sure how much gear helps. The biggest battle I found is a 32 person free for all so not really â€œmassiveâ€. From what I can see you either hang out in sanctuary or in an arena battle not much else to do.

Not my cup of tea and I removed it after playing an hour.
