Possibly the next game for tE?

This game... looks amazing. Its a very grand project and probably still quite a bit away from release but... it could be what many of us are looking for. Mix of an RPG and FPS. NO fucking SKILLS to learn, no skill points. No leveling. It's all your own personal skill(and obviously computer) based. FPS or third person combat in a world where we'll be able to do almost anything we want it seems. Hopefully this game will come to what they are planning, although they have been developing it for a time it seems. God I'm hoping this is going to be as good as it seems.

If it ever comes out anyway. They've apparently been saying their in the final stages of development since '04. However, their timing for everything has simply been guessing and their team of developers is very small, between 30-40 people total working on the game. Reading more up on their forums to find out more, kind of posted these immediately after reading about the game.

Interesting. I like the idea of adding the FPS element. I imagine it will have the feel of Oblivion which is not a bad thing. Coming from VG I am not sold on the "no instances" as they do have a place.

Should be interesting. The next MMO i am going to try is Age of Conan, but I would be willing to give this a shot.

We'll see. Maybe. I'd LOVE a version of this only Sci-fi. But thats just how i am. It has the chance to be great, not good, great. But i've seen could be great go to good to bad real fast due to a few stupid things.
We'll see.

Couldnt agree more. MMO industry has TOO MUCH FANTASY, too many orcs and dorks. Us tech buffs are left high and dry.
