laying traps/gifts on the web seems fishy to me...but i did not read everything on the site either, so who knows.

It's game items, armor, money, etc... I've laid out a few traps and chests around myself, though I've also triggered my own trap after forgetting it was there.
It only works with firefox because there is a toolbar at the bottom of the window showing level and inventory.
