That link is a dead end on my computer. nothing to download doesn't go anywhere. Just a webpage with no definition and indcipherable characters. I assume they will send an updated link in a day or two.

Works fine for me, it's a link to a torrent file so you would need to have an appropriate client installed to access it.

Do you have a torrent client like utorrent or deluge? Works for me.

Didn't really catch my interest. I played a little bit today; nothing bothered me bug-wise, maybe I'm just completely burned out on MMORPG's.
I kill people IRL.

"Try the patcher trick. If your torrent client supports file selection, get warpatch.exe, setup.exe, patch.myp and patch.cfg. move those files somewhere when they're done and run warpatch.exe; you should be able to download the entire client that way."

I like utorrent, http://www.utorrent.com/. Its easy to setup and you can control upload/download speeds globally or for each torrent. Where the files go as they are downloading and when they are finished. Miko likes deluge, but I had an issue where it was using 100% of my cpu, but that was on my OLD rig.

Thanks Justice. I installed that and am now downloading. Appears to be a lengthy process.

Any time! Just dont let this torrent put you off to torrenting. Its a very efficient system and works great for transferring files between large groups of people. Blizzard uses a torrent system for their patches. The vast majority of them are quick due to a higher seeder/leecher ratio.

On a side note, I was just BSing with Damaen and Wyatt when I checked my account settings... Finally invited! =)

I started downloading yesterday when I posted. I forgot about it when I turned the machine off, but when I started it up again in the morning, I got it going again and it picked up from where it left off. It has only 40% complete and still going. This machine is badly corrupted. Sound card has shit the bed and AVG doesn't work. It could end up taking a few days.

AVG recently updated to version 8 and stopped support for version 7.5, unless you DLed and reinstalled it within the past month that's likely why it isn't working anymore.
