Who is ready for some football?

No smelly socks or jocks here just some good ranting about your favorite team.

I am curious to see what LT is going to do the Pats D. NE will probably win, but Tomlinson won't make it easy for them.

Ladanian is insane.

Yes he is.
I mean, damn. Your not supposed to be that good.
And speaking of that, look at the rookie leading all rushers. I know he was supposed to be good, but holy shit.

Cadillac is excellent. Ronnie Brown is turning out very well too. When the Dolphins get Ricky back they are going to have a sick backfield.

Well, the season is now 1/4 of the way done for the most part.
What a weekend.
Detroit finally makes a good drive, only to come just short. Everyone has their opinion, but i think that catch was in bounds and the Lions got robbed.
Texans had a HUDGE call against them, one i really didn't like. It's the same play that happened to the Pats AFC game a few years ago when Brady got sacked, and the ball was not rulled a fumble. For the Texans today, it was ruled a fumble. They look so similier it is scary.
The Chiefs pounce on the Eagles, i mean dominate them. But, after 31 unanswered, the Eagles owned Kansas City. On both sides of the ball after that first quarter and a half.
San Diago is back on track, in a big way. LT going for a monster season. And weather the Pats have the best coaching or not, do they have enough to make it back to the playoffs? Can Bill Belichick fix his run defense? They head to Atlanta next week. The top rushing team in the league.
Speaking of next week, another big game, the Steelers and Chargers. The Chargers are on fire, coming off two huge wins, but do they have enough to beat the Steelers?
Thoughts?

Dispite my Chiefs rough start to the season, judgement can't be made to harsh on them. We are not only missing our BEST O-Liner...and anyone who knows jack about football knows that is a big deal. Also keep in mind we do have only 1 returning starter from last year on our starting D this year..which is also huge. The Chiefs doing bad now was expected...and actually we aren't doing THAT bad..not like last year. Give us time to turn our Team into a Team and we will be exactly where I predicted. I mean really...I didn't even think we could beat the Eagles :D

(Steelers FTW....only cause 4 of my fantasy players are on that team ROFL) Anyone else play Fantasy Football?

I play fantasy football and am worried that one of my "elite" picks this draft has turned out to be a dud so far this seaon (Daunte Culpepper). Who do you play FF through Droxor?
Anyway, all I have to say about yesterdays football games is this, "How 'bout them Cowboys!?!?"

Cowboys rockd', and yes I called Culpeper a dud at the beggining of the season during our online draft. I play with some guys from ym church through yahoo...it's free...it's easy..it's what I dominate at :D LoL, but as long as I have Mcnabb all is well....plus Steve Smith, Hines Ward, and Jimmy Smith don't hurt either....3 of the top 8 recievers in the league. And the Bengals D....yeah no one saw that comming.

yes, Cowboys did quite well sunday. And the Eagles weekness is showing. They don't have a running game to speak of.
Pats showed they can still win. Which, is good for Pats fans. But, they didn't show they could stop anyone. They alloud a backup QB to throw pretty well. They now travel to Denver. Who, at this moment, are doing very well.
I'm getting worried about the Colts. Yeah, their D has been amazing. But, you know it's going to happen that'll get run over at some point. How will they take that? And will the offense be able to pick up the slack. Who'd of ever thought that Indy would have to worry about offense? Speaking of which, Colts have the Rams at home next week.
Tough game for the Chargers. To lose like that. But, they should of given the ball to LT more. Brees is good, but he shouldn't be throwing 36 times and LT getting less then 20 carries. Chargers won't when like that.

The funny thing about the Eagles is that they have a great running game. Westbrook is an excellent running back and even McNabb is good for a few QB sneaks. They just insist on using Westbrook as an extra receiver.
