I downloaded RTW:Total Realism (?) once but neer had the balls to install it in case it messed up my game. Which version do you have? Do you have the barbarian expansion set as well? Well, in any case....I think I will re-install this game when I get aboard ship next week and play in my off time, what little of it I have.

No BI not until Rome realism 7.0 comes out for it. the mod wont mess it up. install rtw patch it to 1.2 then install Rome realism gold at http://www.rometotalrealism.org/ its on the front page . believe me this mod will blow you away!! it even has its own music! there's also other mod's for it in there forum(100's). Some of the mod change's from regular are, cav are weak so no head on charge's use them to hit enemy's in rear. rome is just well roman's no family system the senate is gone( as in history, as a seperate faction that is) there's 3 new faction's ( i cant remember them all, Bactria is one of em) Sry to ramble on but when i hear ppl play RTW , but not realism i feel it's my duty to tell em about this super mod (which make's the game seem totally new)!
If You chose to install it check out the forum's there makeing a new version that will need Barbarian invasion to work. Yeah i never used the realism mod either, so i guess i'll have to check it out.
