XBOX Live is easy as hell to set up. I didn't even know what the hell I was doing, and I had it all up in running within minutes. I don't like Online Console gaming though. Just doesn't have the great feel like pc online. :P

As for Huxley it looks pretty interesting. I'd probably have to try a demo or beta though to really see if I like it. Never really played UT so that doesn't come into factor. :P

I think its that his ISP would get bitchy at him and cut his service if they found out he was using it. XBL is a HUGE bandwidth whore for everyone remotely near you. Friends of mine across town talk about their connections slowing down when their neighbor starts using it... lol

As for XBL, I think it's the benchmark of a great console online service, and I seriously doubt Sony will be able to match it, or even come close to matching it!

Nothing like that, they just don't want to come out and hardware more things. Gotten bitchy with me in the past and I can't get permission to lay my own cable since that would involved drilling through the attic or laying it through the house.

I love UT's style, and the movie did look fun to me, but why not just wait till UT 2007 comes out? I'm with monkey in not wanting to pay monthly for Unreal Tournament when I can get it for a single payment. I also don't see a lot of massive combat in these movies (though I haven't watched all of them.) Isn't that kind of missing the point of an MMO? And why instance it? Guild wars was instanced, and you always felt very cut off, might as well have been playing on a lan or hosting a game yourself. Framerate's yucky too.
