More work for me but more pay too...

Ahhh in my dreams. No unfortunately I have to be nice to everyone and having a management job means you just can't mouth off anywhere you want like when you are out shopping, you never know who knows what board member. So When out in public you have to be on your best behavior and play it safe at all times.
