Maybe u guys want a laugh. i dunno.

So i call rogers (u have them right? in americaland?) on my birthday last month to get a new cell phone (mine is ass). So we bicker and they bring the price down and i order an Lg Chocolate cause its a slick phone.

So now its 17 days later, which is more than the 3-5 days they promised. So i call them. yeah. he tells me due to some defect or whatever that they are stopping production and they wont be getting anymore. he is sorry i wasnt notified, tho i should have been. i need to choose a new phone. ok.

So i abuse my monitors and find 2 options. i go with a blackberry pearl. so i call them back and argue with them. im unhappy. this is pissing me off. the phone is like 200+ more so whatever, i know i have to work on this. so i have to get it on a 3yr plan and that sucks but i got him to give me a 50$ credit, a 50$ mail in, and he wipes some bitch 35$ fee. so after it all i get it at 30$ less than the other phone tho another year. but i save like 300 bucks. plus last time i argued a 50$ credit as well, so i think i stole 50 bucks. ok. thats all fine.

i hang up, realize that i didnt ask about the color. which when i call back i explain as 'hey he didnt mention the color." i am mad. so they cant tell me but they transfer me to someone who can. but the bitch cant. "well there are three options. u didnt get red or white. i guess that is silver?" i don tknow. i tell her i want black. but she cant tell me its black. its the default. its probably the right one but i get uppity. "you should probably be able to tell me this. your rep didnt do his job and your not helping either. you cant even tell me what you are sending me."

anyway.

does anyone have a blackberry? i didnt get a data plan cause im pretty sure i dont need to abuse the fuck out of the net. I mean, i have my Beast and i dont check my email as it is now. Maybe i will start a CNation off the starbucks nextdoor. whatever. i think he says its like 5 cents a KB. u guys pay much for the service? Does anyone run msn or aim off their cell? i assume it dosent need an active connection?

I have a Perl myself and love it. Depending on your service provider the Data plan is worth it. With T-Mobile you get a ton of features included for only $20 bucks. I get all my e-mail and surf the web on it all the time. Sounds like you get it for a fair deal in my opinion, but look into E-bay next time you need a phone. You can find some killer deals from time to time. I prefer the “add a line” to your account from a dealer, say Wal-Mart. Get their free phone the Blackberry Perl let’s say. After you leave the store call and cancel the line and keep the free phone. But I think you will love the phone, and get the insurance on it.

Mcguyv, the basic plan they have is 45$ a month. fuck that my 20$ plan will be fine, maybe
