Step 2: Proposal & Scheduling
After the assessment, we provide a clear written estimate outlining materials, scope of work, thickness, timeline, and pricing. Once approved, we schedule the project at a time that works best for you and your household.
Step 3: Site Preparation & Removal
If an existing driveway needs removal, we carefully tear out old asphalt or concrete and haul away debris. We protect surrounding landscaping and structures while grading and compacting the base to ensure proper drainage and long-term stability.
Step 4: Asphalt Installation
With the base prepared, we install high-quality hot-mix asphalt at the proper thickness for residential use. Our crew spreads, levels, and compacts the surface using precision equipment to create a smooth, durable driveway built to last.
Step 5: Finishing & Curing
We carefully finish edges, transitions near garages or sidewalks, and surface details for a clean, polished look. After installation, the asphalt is allowed to cool and cure, and we provide guidance on when it’s safe to walk or drive on your new driveway.
Step 6: Final Walkthrough & Maintenance Guidance
Before completion, we walk through the project with you, answer any questions, and share maintenance tips to extend the life of your driveway. If requested, we can also plan future services like sealcoating to protect your investment.
